Comfort, cushioning and performance all come down to fit. That’s why all of our comfort care specialists undergo rigorous, ongoing training. Each NBLA pro receives 120 hours of training prior to walking the floor. To qualify to serve our customers, they must pass written and practical tests. Then, to keep them updated on new breakthroughs in comfort, we consistently host clinics.

Creating the right fit means creating the right foot. At New Balance, we’ve developed 26 different foot models – or “lasts” – to design our shoes around. In fact, New Balance produces more widths-per-model than any other shoe manufacturer.

Each last takes into account the users – men, women and kids – and the use. Together, they create a complete fit and size profile to design a superior shoe. It’s something omething we call the 360º Fit System.

But our lasts are just the beginning. New Balance also designs shoes in a wide range of widths – ranging from 2A to 6E – to ensure the fit that’s needed for the performance you demand.

When you fill out our online fit guide or walk in the door, not only do we know what style and size to pull for you. But of that size, which “last” style is best for you.

Because no single technology meets all the needs of every individual, we have developed the New Balance Suspension System™. This collection of innovative technologies and unique materials provides everything from motion control to shock absorption. Each of our shoes has a number of integrated Suspension System components designed to suit specific needs.

Dedicated to finding the most comfortable, best performing New Balance shoe for you.
